Advocating loudly, baking softly, loving my pets fiercely, and dressing like the main character.
Mental Heath Advocate
Advocating for bipolar awareness is deeply personal to me, but it is also grounded in responsibility. I speak openly about my journey while reinforcing the importance of medical care, therapy, and sustainable routines. My content emphasizes growth, self-regulation, and the reality that stability is something actively maintained.
I believe representation matters — particularly for professionals navigating mental health while building careers. By showing both vulnerability and discipline, I aim to contribute to a more informed and compassionate conversation around bipolar disorder.
Kitchen Ninja
Cooking started as a necessity — something I learned because I had to. It was about feeding myself and figuring things out. But over time, it became a passion. Now I cook like I travel, exploring flavors from cuisines around the world and letting my kitchen be my passport. What began as survival turned into creativity and joy.
Baking is the newer obsession. Cookies, cakes, croissants — if it involves butter and patience, I’m in. I bake constantly and share it all with friends, family, and neighbors. Cooking taught me independence; baking taught me generosity — and together, they’ve become one of the sweetest parts of my life.
I treat fashion as my loudest, truest form of self-expression.
